Placing Orders

How long does it take for my order to be processed?

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days of purchase. You will receive an order confirmation email at the time of purchase. Once the order has been fully processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

What methods of payment do you accept?

Currently, we accept payment online via credit or debit card. The following cards are accepted:

How do I cancel or change my order?

Orders that have not been fully processed can be canceled by contacting the Handfancy Customer Service Department. Please email us at service@handfancy.com or call 1-800-555-1234 as soon as possible.

Shipping

What carrier is used to ship my order?

Handfancy uses United States Postal Service to ship all domestic orders for the 48 Continental United States. USPS shipping options include First Class Mail (3-7 Days), Priority Mail (1-3 Days), and Priority Mail Express (1 Day).

Is shipping outside of the United States offered?

Yes, Handfancy does ship outside of the United States. Shipping options offered for international shipping are International Priority and International First Class. Unfortunately, free shipping is not offered on international orders.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Our Standard Shipping method is First Class Mail. If you need it sooner, Priority Mail (1-3 Days) and Priority Mail Express (1 Day) are also options. Expedited shipping is offered through USPS and UPS at an additional cost.

Can you ship to PO boxes?

Yes, we can ship to PO boxes using USPS shipping methods. However, expedited UPS shipping cannot be used for PO box addresses.

How can I track my order?

Packages can be tracked through the USPS website using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email. This email is sent once your order has been fully processed.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free First Class Mail shipping for all domestic purchases over $75.

Returns

Are returns accepted?

We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly provide a full refund or replacement for any non-discounted, unworn items in their original packaging with Handfancy tags attached, within 30 days of the ship date.

Can I exchange a received item for a different accessory?

We can only provide exchanges for the same item in a different color or size (when applicable). For different styles, please process a return and place a new order.

What is the return shipping process?

Visit our Return Center to initiate your return. Once approved, you'll receive a prepaid return label via email. Package your items securely with the original invoice and return form, then ship using the prepaid USPS label. You will receive an email confirmation once your package arrives and your return is processed.

What is the return process for international orders?

All international orders must first receive an approval code from the Handfancy Returns Department prior to shipping. Submit a Return Authorization form through our Return Center or email returns@handfancy.com. We do not offer free shipping on international returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping, duties, taxes, and fees. We recommend you insure and track your package.

Can I return a sale or promotional item?

Discounted items purchased on sale are FINAL SALE only and cannot be refunded or exchanged. This will be clearly marked at checkout.

How long do I have to make a return?

You have 30 days from the ship date to return your non-discounted, unworn Handfancy jewelry.

How long does it take to get a refund?

You will receive an email notification from the Handfancy Returns Department once your refund has been processed. Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed and an additional 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

What materials are used in the jewelry?

Most Handfancy jewelry is hypoallergenic and made with nickel-free metals, surgical steel, and high-quality plated materials. Specific material information is listed on each product page.

We want you to enjoy your Handfancy jewelry to the fullest. Follow these care instructions to ensure a long life of style and beauty:

Water-Resistant Feature
Many of our pieces—especially our resin collection—feature water-resistant properties, making them suitable for daily wear. However, to ensure their longevity, please observe the following care guidelines.

Clean After Wear
Use a soft, dry cloth to gently wipe your jewelry after wear to remove body oils and moisture, maintaining its shine and luster.

Store Properly
Store your jewelry in a cool, dry place, preferably in a soft pouch or jewelry box to avoid scratches or tangles.

Avoid Harsh Chemicals
Avoid contact with lotions, perfumes, hairspray, chlorinated water, and cleaning products. Always put on jewelry last after applying cosmetics and fragrance.

Remove During Intensive Activities
While many pieces are water-resistant, we recommend removing them before:

  • Swimming in pools or the ocean
  • Strenuous exercise
  • Sauna or steam rooms
  • Sleeping

This helps provide optimal care and extends the life of your beautiful pieces.

Is Handfancy jewelry hypoallergenic?

Many of our pieces are hypoallergenic and nickel-free. However, if you have specific metal sensitivities, please check the product description or contact our customer service team for detailed material information.

Will the jewelry tarnish?

With proper care, our jewelry maintains its beauty for a long time. Plated pieces may naturally tarnish over time with regular wear. Following our care instructions will help minimize tarnishing and keep your pieces looking their best.
